The Siemens 3RW3018-1BB14 is a soft starter of the SIRIUS 3RW30 family, designed for soft starting and stopping of three-phase induction motors up to 7.5 kW at 400 V, with a rated current of 17.6 A.
The soft starter gradually increases the voltage applied to the motor during starting, reducing the inrush current and mechanical shocks on the drive train. This protects couplings, belts, gearboxes and pipelines and limits voltage drops on the supply compared with direct-on-line starting.
Its compact dimensions allow installation in cabinets with limited space. The weight is approximately 0.58 kg.

Yes. After you submit a request, the E-Repair Customer Care team will provide all the instructions for shipping it to the laboratory, where the soft starter will be diagnosed and repaired at component level.
It reduces the inrush current and starting torque, limiting mechanical stress on couplings, belts and gearboxes as well as voltage drops on the supply network.
The most common symptoms include the motor not starting or starting abruptly, error indications on the device, overheating, abnormal humming and irregular operation on one phase.
We recommend checking that control voltage, rated current and motor power match those of the soft starter, and noting the settings so they can be transferred to the new device. E-Repair can support you, also remotely.
Yes. If available in stock, the soft starter can be shipped quickly. Contact E-Repair Customer Care stating the part number and the data of the controlled motor.
