Remanufactured items allows you to minimise – or even prevent – downtime and to resume production in no time, without compromising on quality, as you will immediately get a courtesy product replacing your broken item. This way, you can save money and you will have your item remanufactured according to the standards of an authorised Siemens service centre. Moreover, some items are no longer available on the market as they have been discontinued, and the revamping process – which is often required to ensure plant compatibility with new products – is complex and expensive.

Since we specialise in restoring obsolete and difficult to find products for industrial automation, it is difficult to for us to provide a price list – especially for repair or technical support services – without first checking your product. Our customer service is at your disposal to provide you with a quick and inexpensive solution to resume your facility production.

Since we have both new, remanufactured and obsolete spare parts available at our warehouses, pictures may not be identical to the products purchased. Therefore, in order to avoid any misunderstanding, we decided not to put pictures on our website.

Our quotes are good for one month (30 days), unless otherwise stated in the quotation.

Yes, we ship all over the world, as we work closely in partnerships with carriers that offer affordable rates and quick shipping speeds. If the part you need is available, you can also choose express delivery for an additional charge and have your products delivered within 24 hours.

Our shipping times depend on when your order is placed and on the availability of the product ordered, but we usually ship our items on the day an order is placed. However, each case is addressed to offer you the best solution based on your needs, but also on factors that may affect shipping times, such as time of your request, place of delivery and the characteristics of the product to be shipped. All details and information on delivery times are shown on the quote or the invoice.

All the products we supply undergo stress testing under simulated conditions of use. Moreover, all products remanufactured or repaired by E-Repair are covered by a standard 1-year warranty, and, in some cases you can also buy an extended support (2 years in total). Our customer service is at your disposal also to offer you after-sales support.

E-Repair provides an extended support (2 years) applicable to some specific items  starting from the date of purchase of a product or service.

We offer a wide range of payment options, including wire transfers, checks and we also accept the most widely used credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard.

We can accept payments in the world’s most traded currencies; however, we prefer payments in euros (EUR) wherever possible. Payments made in other currencies may be charged.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service and provide your order details. You can cancel your order within 12 hours from the placement of the order, provided that the package has not already been shipped, or you will no longer be able to cancel your order.

E-Repair purchases both functional and faulty items. In this case, you will receive credits for our services (e.g., REPAIR and MAINTENANCE SERVICES) or to purchase NEW or REMANUFACTURED products. For more information, fill out the REQUEST INFORMATION form and select the SELL option (no obligations at all).

We are aware that independently searching for the fault on the system is not easy and often it could happen that you order the wrong part. For this reason E-Repair recommends requesting the intervention of an expert technician to evaluate the real causes of the production line stoppage and/or to carry out the technical analysis and testing of the electronic parts of the system to define the best solution at the lowest cost for restoring production in the shortest possible time.

In the event that you realize that you have ordered a reconditioned product available in our warehouses that is different from the one you needed, you will have up to 15 days, after receiving the product, to communicate via email (commerciale@e-repair.it) to E-Repair customer care your desire to make a product exchange by entering the code of the purchased product and the date of sale, in addition to the code of the product with which you would like to make the exchange. E-Repair customer care staff will be happy to support you by providing you with all the information on the availability and price of the replacement product, defining the delivery methods according to your needs. You will have 15 days from the date of communication of the exchange to send, at your expense, the product to E-Repair, taking care to package it preferably in the original packaging or in another packaging that can preserve the product during the trip, or prevent it from being damaged or exposed to humidity, etc. E-Repair will assess whether the product has arrived intact and will issue a credit note for the amount spent.

You have up to 15 days, after receiving the new or refurbished product, to communicate via email (commerciale@e-repair.it) to our customer care your desire to make the return by entering the code of the purchased product and the date of sale. You will also have another 15 days from the date of communication of the return to send, at your expense, the product to E-Repair, taking care to package it preferably in the original packaging or in another packaging that can preserve the product during the trip, or prevent it from being damaged or exposed to humidity, etc. E-Repair will assess whether the product has arrived intact and will issue a credit note for the amount spent.
